I have  purchased and sold a home with the assistance of Cinzia Bonanno.  Her knowledge and excellent work ethic took what is normally an incredibly stressful time, and made it bearable!  It's not often that you find people willing to go the extra mile to get the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible.  Cinzia went above and beyond my expectations with both the purchase and sale of my home, and for that I am extremely grateful!  No doubt, that if I should require services in the real estate industry again...Cinzia will be my first call!

Cinzia was instrumental in securing our growing family a new home. Like most home agents, Cinzia has at her disposal a plethora of real estate information and work experience, but what distinguishes Cinzia from others is her passion to personalize each client experience. Cinzia acts as if she was the home buyer and researches, not only the homes themselves, but also the surrounding neighbourhood, including schools, nearby retail shops, property tax, and upcoming construction projects that may impact residential value. Such dedication to detail is certainly an asset for any home buyer, especially when it comes to making one of those 'life decisions.' But perhaps what makes Cinzia most unique is her honesty; her honest fair opinion. If she has concern about a particular listing, she will not hesitate to share with her clients; even if they show strong interest to buy. Such an attribute demonstrates Cinzia's willingness to complete customer service, and her conviction to ensure her clients make the best real estate decision possible. My only criticism of Cinzia is her frequent use of “You know.” You know, you almost use it as often as I do.

Cinzia never pressured us,  she always gave good advice and explained issues clearly and effectively.  She made an otherwise stressful situation very easy to deal with.   We found her to be very knowledgeable, always aware of any new listings that fit our criteria and promptly advised us and booked appointments based on our availability.  She did her homework and did not waste our time, she always chose the right listings for us to view.

I approached the sale of my home with more than a little trepidation. Not only was it the first time I had been involved in the sale of a property, but I was selling the "family home" and imminently moving to another city. Fortunately for me a friend had done the same thing approximately two years ago and spoke glowingly of her Real Estate Agent, Cinzia Bonanno during the process of her sale.

While selling my home wasn't even on my radar screen at the time, I remembered Cinzia's name and approached her about acting on my behalf. What a stroke of luck that turned out to be. She said yes and from that day to this I couldn't have been in better hands. Not only does Cinzia know her field but it was apparent from our first meeting that she understood the emotional roller-coaster the journey was going to be for me. Throughout she carefully explained each step, reassured me that all would be well and was more than true to her word. She did everything within her power to make what could have been a difficult process go very smoothly.

Her dedication to being the best of the best, her good humour and compassion for her clients was and is, in my view, above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend her, without hesitation, and can only say that anyone who has the pleasure of having Cinzia represent them is in good hands indeed.

I would definitely recommend Cinzia to anyone who is buying or selling their home. Cinzia helped my husband and I find our perfect home. She took time to understand our needs and provided honest and helpful input about the homes we looked at. She provided great advice about the steps in the process and made us feel very well prepared to make one of the biggest purchases in our life. Her professionalism and attention to detail far exceed any expectations we had! And we truly felt that she had our best interests at heart.

In the sale of our home, Cinzia again far exceeded our expectations. She provided helpful direction on how to prepare our home to ensure we impressed our buyers. (And on the date we were to take pictures, stage and begin showing our home - she was there every step of the way making sure everything was PERFECT!). Our house went on the market on Friday and we sold conditionally on Saturday! And I truly believe it was because of Cinzia's keen eye and exceptional work that we weren't on the market long!

I was given Cinzia’ s contact information by a family friend with the comment, ‘I think you will like her’.   I had confidence in the referral because I knew my family friend had worked with Cinzia several times over the years – that seemed like a good start to me.  Working with Cinzia turned out to be a phenomenal experience!  I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the GTA.

Cinzia competitively priced my re-sale home and provided outstanding background documentation and comparisons on why she suggested the price – she even found information my previous real estate agent  hadn’t regarding the history of the house! She gave me tips on how to stage my house (some of which I followed and others I didn’t – but she wasn’t fussed).  My house sold quickly – almost too quickly and we were rushed to find a new home in less than 40 days.  Cinzia approached this challenge professionally, helping me to identify my needs, neighbourhoods I was interested in, price ranges, etc. and kept me CALM throughout.  With her support I never doubted I would find a place.  Her knowledge of the market, extensive research on properties and neighbourhoods were re-enforced  by her constant support and encouragement.   We found a house I love, in a great location for a good price, within my 40 day time limit.  While I don’t plan on moving for a while, if that changes, I know I can call on Cinzia and be confident of my experience.
